Work Order Priority Manager

  1. WO priority should be defined.
  2. Each Sales Order Item will have one corresponding WO item. We have explored linking several sales order to one WO but it is not possible natively in erpnext and creating such a field might make things more complex. So right now one WO for one SO Item.

Fields to Show

  1. Select - custom_select_wo, checkbox
  2. Priority - custom_priority, int
  3. Work Order - work order id
  4. Item
  5. Customer
  6. Item Description
  7. Current Operation - only show operation list which are either partially complete or next in line.
  8. Qty required
  9. CNC start date and time - from operations table - editable
  10. CNC Workstation - from operations table in WO - editable
  11. CNC Job Card (show all job cards in one cell as a list)
  12. CNC Qty Completed - From Job Card ( there could be multiple job cards, so take into account all the job cards)
  13. CNC time remaining - calculated field
  14. Show totals at the bottom

 

Records to show

  1. WO status - not started, in process
  2.  

 

Things to achieve

  1. WO Priority Manager should show fields for major operations which should show quantity completed for that stage.
    1. Drawing
    2. Procurement
    3. Size Cutting
    4. CNC
    5. Finishing
    6. Packing

 

  1. Work Order Priority should be decided so that all the work is arranged as per that
  2. each WO can be at different state of operation. So it should show the current operation state it is at
  3. Size planning stage is important
